Grange Castle, Clondalkin, in South County Dublin is the home of Pfizer’s biopharmaceutical facility. We are a key part of the Pfizer Global Manufacturing network. We are licenced for the manufacture of commercial and clinical trial materials but we also have a very significant research and development function.
We have over 1000 professionals on the site involved in state of the art research, development, manufacturing and our analytical technology supporting some of the biggest selling biopharmaceutical products in the global marketplace. The scale and complexity of what we do in Grange Castle is incredible, supporting the following processes among others:

Pfizer Newbridge
Pfizer Newbridge is an integral part of Pfizer’s global solid oral dose network; manufacturing tablets and capsules for world markets using highly complex processes.
Pfizer Newbridge has a Technology and Innovation Centre using a range of technologies such as Process Analytical Technologies and Advanced Process Control to transfer, develop and manufacture products. We continuously improve and enhance our facility through the execution of complex engineering projects introducing next generation manufacturing processes providing full life cycle management.

Pfizer Cork
Pfizer Ringaskiddy API is part of the Pfizer Global Supply organisation with operations worldwide supporting all major markets. Ringaskiddy supports Pfizer's business objective of meeting the demand for Pfizer products and is used as a strategic resource in launching drugs and products quickly after regulatory approval has been received. Both Sites are a dynamic, flexible, innovative community partnering to deliver technical excellence and value, trusted to continuously improve and supply quality, life-changing medicines.
This graduate program (currently in its 11th year) will take place at the Pfizer Cork API’s site, Co Cork (both within 8 miles of Cork City). These sites play a critical strategic role within Pfizer and both have been the default sites for new API product scale up and launch campaigns.
During the 2 year program, participants will participate in a structured rotation across various departments (Production, Six Sigma, Automation, New Production Introduction) within the allocated site. Full training will be provided by a comprehensive induction program. During the two year program, participants will be involved in the following:
- One year induction program
- Structured mentoring & coaching – objective setting during each assignment
- Attend management training programmes.
- Attend senior executive meetings e.g. communications meetings, cross site teams, leadership team meetings.
- Be a key member of a process team.
- Support cost improvement projects for key API manufacture processes
- Be responsible for the management of various day to day operations across the plants and been assigned specific projects

Graduate Trainee Chartered Accountant Programme

Pfizer Global Business Services (GBS) supports the Pfizer mission by providing Best In Class financial services to global R&D, Manufacturing and Commercial operations. Graduate Trainee Chartered Accountant Programme Role Description:
GBS Dublin is looking for high calibre, enthusiastic graduates to join our Graduate Trainee Accountant programme. This is a 3/3.5 year structured training programme run in association with Chartered Accountants Ireland. It offers graduates the opportunity to obtain the Chartered Accountant qualification in a large, diverse multinational company providing a variety of business experience.
The successful candidate will integrate into operational teams on a rotational basis to develop their operational experience. They will join one of the Global Financial Centres of Excellence (CoE's), or Regional Financial Services teams detailed below:
Global CoE’s:
• Statutory Reporting
• Operational Treasury
• Operational Transfer Pricing
• Indirect Tax
Regional Financial Services:
• Corporate Reporting
