Customer Support is the assistance of customers with any issues they are having via phone or email. Telesales staff often work in similar environments to Customer Support Workers. They work in large offices named call centres where each desk is set up for making phone-calls. However, instead of receiving calls the Telesales workers are calling people to try to make sales.
