Sara has been in the construction industry for 40 years. She thinks there is a misconception about the industry being masculine and misogynisitic, and even though there's still some work to be done, the misconceptions that were there in the past are changing. Sara finds that people are very receptive to her as a trans woman in the construction industry.
Colin Butterly has worked his way up from apprentice Carpenter / Joiner to trainee Site Manager, offering him greater opportunities and more responsibility.
